For those customers who do not wish to be tied in to a full support contract, Westec Networks offer a Call-by-Call support service.  Charged at an hourly rate with a fixed call out charge, the Call-by-Call Support Service offers small & home office users the option to receive the high quality support available to contract customers without the monthly fee.

The Westec Support Contract offers our clients free telephone & email support within office hours, a guaranteed response time and remote access support. For a monthly fee, our clients receive up to 8 hours onsite support with no call out charges.
